Zendesk

Pull support ticket context and knowledge base articles into Tenali so reps can reference resolution patterns and common customer issues during live calls.

1. Open Integrations in the Tenali web app and connect Zendesk.
2. Authorize access to your Zendesk instance.
3. Select which ticket categories or help center content to sync.

Confluence

Import Confluence wiki pages into Tenali sources. Ideal for internal product documentation, architecture decisions, and technical reference material that your team already maintains.

1. Open Integrations and connect Confluence.
2. Authorize access to your Atlassian workspace.
3. Select spaces or pages to ingest.

Intercom

Sync Intercom conversation data and help center articles into Tenali. Useful for pulling in customer-facing support content and common Q&A patterns.

3. Select content types to sync.

Gong

Import call recordings and insights from Gong into Tenali. This lets you build on existing call intelligence and use Gong data as source material for live call answers.
