Implementation Order (Recommended)

1. Connect calendar first for reliable meeting context.
2. Connect one CRM and validate field mappings in sandbox/test records.
3. Add communication channels for follow-up acceleration.
4. Expand to additional integrations after operational success criteria are met.

Reliability Checklist

• Integration status is green and authenticated
• Test sync confirms expected fields and formatting
• Failure logs include actionable reason codes
• One owner is accountable for each integration domain
