OneDrive

Get instant answers from your docs, PDFs, and slides.

Your best answers are already written down — buried in OneDrive. Connect it once, pick the files you want, and Tenali turns those docs, PDFs, and slides into instant answers during live calls and in chat.

What connecting unlocks

  • Answers from your OneDrive docs — Tenali pulls the right passage from a doc, PDF, or slide deck and surfaces it live in the overlay or in Chat.
  • No manual downloading — pick the files and folders you want and Tenali keeps them ready, so reps never scroll a document mid-call.
  • You choose what's included — Tenali only ingests the files and folders you select, never your entire OneDrive.

Connect OneDrive

OneDrive connects through Microsoft OAuth, so there are no keys to copy — you just authorize Tenali against your Microsoft account.

  1. 1

    Open Integrations

In the web app, go to Integrations (the "Manage Integrations" page). Find OneDrive in the Application list.

  2. 2

    Click Connect

Click the "Connect" button in the Action column. A new tab opens for Microsoft.

  3. 3

    Authorize Tenali

Sign in to Microsoft in the new tab and approve access to your OneDrive. Tenali detects the connection automatically — you don't need to paste anything back.

  4. 4

    Confirm it's connected

Back on the Integrations page, the OneDrive row now shows a "Connected" badge alongside a "Disconnect" button.

Pick the Files Tenali Should Use

Connecting OneDrive doesn't pull in everything automatically — you choose exactly which files to add. After authorizing, head to the Sources page and open the OneDrive picker (the "Select OneDrive Files" dialog).

From there you can browse folders starting at My Files, drill into subfolders, use "Search files..." to find a specific document, and check the boxes for the files you want. Click "Import Selected" to queue them — only the files you pick become searchable answers.

See Connect OneDrive Sources for the full picker walkthrough.

Disconnect

To remove the connection, click "Disconnect" on the OneDrive row. You can reconnect anytime by clicking "Connect" again.
