Your team's playbooks, proposals, and reference docs already live in SharePoint — connect it so Tenali can answer from them instantly, in chat and live on calls. Connecting takes a Microsoft sign-in; then you pick exactly which documents Tenali should ingest.

What connecting unlocks

• Answers from your SharePoint docs — the files you select become searchable knowledge Tenali can pull from in chat and during meetings.
• Pick across every site and library — drill into any SharePoint site you have access to, then any document library inside it.
• You stay in control of scope — Tenali only ingests the specific files you check, never your entire SharePoint by default.

Connect SharePoint

SharePoint connects through Microsoft — there's no key to paste. You sign in with Microsoft, approve access, and Tenali detects the connection automatically.

   Open Integrations

   In the web app at app.tenali.ai, go to the Manage Integrations page. Find SharePoint in the table under the "Application" column.

   Click Connect

   Click the Connect button in the "Action" column on the SharePoint row. A new browser tab opens with Microsoft's sign-in and authorization screen.

   Authorize with Microsoft

   Sign in with your Microsoft work account and approve the access Tenali requests. The tab finishes the handoff back to Tenali — you don't paste anything back.

   Connected

   Tenali detects the connection and shows the toast "SharePoint connected!" The SharePoint row flips to the Connected state with a Disconnect button next to it.

Choose what to ingest

Connecting links your Microsoft account — it doesn't pull anything in yet. To bring documents into Tenali, head to the Sources page, where SharePoint opens a three-stage picker:

   Pick a site

   The picker opens to "Select a SharePoint Site". Browse your sites or use the "Search sites..." box to find one by name, then click it.

2. 2

   Pick a document library

   Tenali lists that site's document libraries (each SharePoint site can have several). Click the library (drive) you want to browse.

   Pick your files

   Browse folders inside the library, or use "Search files..." to find documents. Check the files you want — the footer keeps a running count of how many files are selected — then click Import Selected.

Use the back arrow at any point to step back up — out of a folder, back to the library list, or back to the site list. Once you import, Tenali ingests the selected files in the background and tracks their status.

Disconnect SharePoint

On the SharePoint row, click Disconnect. Tenali confirms with "Your account has been disconnected!" and the row returns to its Connect state. You can reconnect any time by clicking Connect and signing in with Microsoft again.
