Managing Sources, Refresh, and Storage Limits
Keep sources healthy with refresh, delete, ownership controls, and storage quota monitoring.
Source management determines answer quality over time. Treat it like ongoing data hygiene.
Source Actions
- Refresh: re-index source content after updates
- Delete: remove stale or incorrect sources
- Search/filter: narrow by source type and name
Ownership & Visibility
- User-owned sources can be user-scoped
- Admin-created sources can be organization-wide
- In admin mode, source provenance and creator visibility are available
Storage Quota Controls
- Total bytes and usage percentage are shown in Sources sidebar
- Over-quota states can block additional uploads
- Plan-specific limits affect ingestion strategy
