Connect SharePoint
Connect SharePoint and import selected documents into Tenali sources.
SharePoint integration lets you ingest documents from your organization's SharePoint sites directly into Tenali.
Connection Flow
- Open Integrations in the Tenali web app and connect SharePoint.
- Complete Microsoft authorization and return to the workspace.
- Return to Sources and select SharePoint as the source type.
- Browse and select files from your SharePoint sites.
- Selected files are queued and ingested with status tracking.
What Gets Imported
- Document content and metadata used for retrieval
- Ownership context for user or organization scope
- Ingestion status and storage accounting
Supported File Types and Limits
- Same file types as OneDrive (PDF, DOCX, spreadsheets, text files)
- Maximum file size: 50 MB per file
Admin Mode vs User Mode
- User mode: source visibility scoped to your personal assistant context
- Admin mode: organization-level source visibility and governance
