Connect Notion
Connect Notion and import selected pages into Tenali sources.
Notion integration lets you ingest wiki pages, docs, and knowledge base content directly into Tenali without copy-pasting or exporting.
Connection Flow
- Open Integrations in the Tenali web app and connect Notion.
- Authorize Tenali to access your Notion workspace.
- Return to Sources and select Notion as the source type.
- Choose the pages you want to ingest by pasting Notion page IDs or URLs.
- Validate completion in the source table.
What Gets Imported
- Page content (text, headings, lists, tables) used for retrieval
- Page metadata for organization and search
- Ingestion status and storage accounting
Tips for Best Results
- Import pages that your reps actually reference during calls
- Keep source material up to date — re-sync pages after major updates
- Combine Notion sources with other source types (files, Google Drive, URLs) for broader coverage
