Google Drive

Get instant answers from your docs, PDFs, and slides.

Connect Google Drive so the documents your team already keeps in Drive become instant, source-backed answers — during live calls and in Chat. Your pricing sheets, battle cards, and product docs stop being files you have to dig for and start being answers Tenali surfaces the moment they're needed.

What connecting unlocks

  • Answers from your Drive docs — once you ingest files, Tenali can pull the right passage from a doc, PDF, or slide deck and surface it live in the overlay or in Chat.
  • No manual downloading — pick the files and folders you want and Tenali keeps them ready for retrieval, so reps never have to scroll a PDF mid-call.
  • You choose what's included — Tenali only ingests the files and folders you select, never your entire Drive.

Connect Google Drive

Google Drive connects through a secure OAuth handshake — you authorize once in a new browser tab and Tenali stays connected from then on.

  1. 1

    Open Integrations

In the web app at app.tenali.ai, go to the Manage Integrations page. You'll see Google Drive listed in the table under the "Application" column.

  2. 2

    Click Connect

Click the Connect button in the "Action" column on the Google Drive row. A new browser tab opens, and Tenali shows the message "Complete the Google Drive connection in the new tab."

  3. 3

    Authorize with Google

Sign in to your Google account and approve the requested access. When you're done, the tab closes automatically and Tenali detects the connection.

  4. 4

    Confirm it's connected

The Google Drive row now shows a green Connected badge with a Disconnect option, and you'll see the toast "Google Drive connected!"

Next step: choose what to ingest

Connecting Google Drive only links your account — it doesn't import anything yet. To pick the actual files and folders Tenali should learn from, head to the Sources page and use the Google Drive file picker, which lets you multi-select files and folders and supports PDFs, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides as well as Office documents.

Disconnect Google Drive

On the Google Drive row, click Disconnect. Tenali confirms with "Your account has been disconnected!" You can reconnect any time by clicking Connect again.
