Understand which meeting platforms Tenali supports and what to expect from each tier.
Tenali supports a broad set of live communication platforms. Platform support is split into two tiers based on the level of integration Tenali has with each platform.
Fully Supported Platforms
These platforms have deep, native integration with Tenali. You get full screen and audio capture, native meeting metadata (meeting ID, participants), and the highest reliability.
Universal Capture Platforms
Tenali can assist on these platforms using universal audio capture. You get real-time transcription and answers, but with some differences from the fully supported tier:
- Audio capture only (no screen capture)
- Platform may show as the app name rather than a specific meeting ID
- Recordings have a 60-minute time limit — Tenali shows a warning at 55 minutes
Tenali also supports additional platforms including BlueJeans, Goldcast, Orum, 8x8, Vonage, Loom, and Phone Link (Windows only). On macOS, FaceTime is supported via universal capture.
Reliability Guidance
- Start with Zoom, Meet, or Teams for your first validation tests — these are the most reliable
- Validate dialer-specific workflows (Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral) before go-live
- For universal capture platforms, run a short internal test call to confirm transcript quality before using on customer calls
- Re-test after major desktop updates or platform UI changes
