Tenali + Slack Integration

Connect Slack channels as knowledge sources and receive post-call summaries and meeting notifications in Slack.

Tenali integrates with Slack in two ways: as a source for ingesting channel content into your knowledge base, and as a communication channel for post-call workflows.

Slack as a Source

Ingest Slack channel messages and threads into Tenali so your AI assistant can reference them when answering questions during live calls.

  1. Go to Sources in the Tenali web app.
  2. Select Slack as the source type.
  3. Choose which channels to ingest.
  4. Messages and threads are indexed and available for retrieval.

This is especially useful for channels where your team shares competitive intel, product updates, customer feedback, or technical Q&A.

Slack as a Communication Channel

After a call, Tenali can send meeting summaries and key outcomes to a designated Slack channel — keeping your team informed without manual updates.

Setup

  1. In the Tenali web app, go to Integrations and connect Slack.
  2. Authorize Tenali to access your Slack workspace.
  3. Select channels for source ingestion and/or notification delivery.
