Switching Between Calls & Menu Bar Controls
Manage back-to-back calls, switch prompts, and always-available controls from the menu bar.
Tenali includes explicit switching logic to handle rapid transitions between calls.
Switching Between Calls
- Switch prompt appears when a new meeting is detected during an active session
- Accept to move capture context to the new meeting
- Decline to continue current session
- Queue logic reduces race conditions in high-volume schedules
Menu Bar & System Tray Controls
Tenali stays available even when the overlay is hidden. The same controls live in the macOS menu bar (top-right) and the Windows system tray (bottom-right) — just click the Tenali icon to open the menu.

Recommended Workflow for Busy Reps
- Keep the menu bar or system tray controls within easy reach (on Windows the icon may sit under the ^ overflow arrow).
- Confirm meeting title before starting.
- Accept switch prompts only when context should move immediately.
- End stale sessions to avoid transcript mix-ups.
