Connect Your Calendar

Connect your calendar so Tenali has meeting context, attendee details, and one-click access to session history.

Connecting your calendar gives Tenali richer context for every call — meeting titles, attendees, and one-click access to past sessions. It does not control when Tenali detects or starts assisting on a call (that's handled by the desktop app's active-window detection).

What You Get

  • Pre-call context — Tenali pulls in the meeting title, attendees, and any linked notes so you walk into every call prepared
  • Attendee details — see who's on the call with role and company context from your CRM
  • One-click access — jump from any calendar event straight into your Tenali session to review past transcripts or summaries

How to Connect

  1. In the Tenali web app, go to Integrations and select your calendar provider.
  2. Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account and approve access.
  3. Your upcoming meetings will appear in Tenali within a few seconds.
