Create Your Account

Sign up and set up your Tenali workspace in under two minutes.

Getting started with Tenali takes about two minutes. Here's what to expect.

Account Setup Flow

    Sign in with your work email

    Go to app.tenali.ai and sign in using your Google or Microsoft work email. Personal email addresses (e.g., @gmail.com, @outlook.com) are not supported. Microsoft work accounts issued by your employer are fully supported. Tenali uses your company domain to connect you with your team's workspace automatically.

    Connect your calendar

    Choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Tenali uses this to know when your meetings start and who's on the call, so it's ready before you are.

    Wait for your workspace to set up

    Tenali will create your workspace in about 30 seconds. You'll see a progress screen confirming your account, calendar, and workspace are ready.

    Take the quick tour

    Once setup is complete, you'll land in the Tenali web app and see a short guided tour showing you how to start a chat, view meeting summaries, and manage your sources.

After Setup

  • Add your display name and role in profile settings
  • Upload key docs your team references on calls — pricing decks, product FAQs, security overviews
  • Install the desktop app so you're ready for live call assistance
