Sources
Which source types are supported?
File uploads, Google Drive, OneDrive, Slack channels, URL sources, and imported meeting datasets.
How many sources should we start with?
Start with a curated core pack (pricing, product overview, security, implementation docs), then expand.
Why are answers low quality even with many sources?
Quantity is not enough. Duplicates, stale docs, and noisy sources reduce answer quality.
How often should sources be refreshed?
At least monthly for stable content, and immediately after major pricing/product/security changes.
Integrations
Which CRM integrations are supported?
Salesforce and HubSpot.
Which calendar integrations are supported?
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.
What if OAuth opens but connection never completes?
Check popup permissions, retry full flow, and review Integration Issues.
Can we disconnect and reconnect integrations safely?
Yes. Disconnect/reconnect is a standard recovery path for stale or broken authorization states.
