Update Rules
- Add issue only when reproducible and customer-impacting.
- Include workaround before publishing issue.
- Remove from table when fix is fully deployed.
- Link changelog item once resolved.
Internal Ownership
Each issue must list one owner in engineering or support operations to avoid stale status and conflicting customer messaging.
