Share Summary with Attendees

Generate a public, view-only link to a meeting summary and hand it off in your own email or Slack — no accounts, no per-person setup.

After a call, you can share the meeting's summary and transcript with anyone — teammates or customers — using a public, view-only link. There's nothing for the recipient to install or log into.

Before You Share

  • The meeting has a generated summary (open it in Meeting Summaries).
  • You've reviewed the General and Action Items sections for accuracy.
  • You've checked there's nothing internal-only in the recap — the link shows the full summary, transcript, and recording to anyone who opens it.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the meeting

In Meeting Summaries, open the call you want to share and review the summary and action items.

  2. 2

    Create the share link

Click the Share button in the summary toolbar. Tenali generates a public link (app.tenali.ai/summary/shared/…) and copies it to your clipboard. Re-sharing the same meeting reuses the same link.

  3. 3

    Send it your way

Paste the link into your own email or Slack message to whoever needs it. They open a read-only view — no login required.

What Recipients Can and Can't Do

Recipients can read the summary, read the transcript, and play the recording. They cannot edit anything, check off action items, download the PDF, push to your CRM, or re-share from the page. See Transcripts, Recordings & Sharing for the full behavior.

Revoke Access Anytime

You stay in control after you send a link. To stop sharing, re-open the Share Meeting dialog and turn sharing off. Access is cut immediately — the recipient can no longer open the summary, transcript, or recording, and the ability to ask AI about the meeting is fully revoked. There's no lingering window. Turn sharing back on whenever you need to hand it off again.
