Prepare an Enterprise Security Review
What Tenali provides for a security, legal, or procurement review — and how to get it before the questionnaire cycle starts.
If your security team needs to review Tenali before rollout, you can get most of what they'll ask for from this docs site today, and the rest from us on request.
What You Can Read Right Now
Everything here is public — send the links to your reviewers directly:
- Data Handling — what Tenali captures and what it does with it
- Data Residency and Transfers — where data is processed, and the EU/UK transfer basis
- Data Retention and Deletion — how long data is kept and how to have it removed
- Encryption and Key Management — in transit and at rest
- Authentication and Access — how sign-in works and what roles control
- Access Controls and Auditability — who can see what, and what's logged
- No Bot Joins Your Calls — usually the question buyers ask first
What to Request from Us
Email security@tenali.ai for:
- A Data Processing Agreement to sign
- The full sub-processor schedule, provided under NDA
- Compliance status — where we are with SOC 2, and what evidence we can share today
- Answers to a security questionnaire, if your process requires our responses on your form
Getting Ahead of the Questionnaire
Two things make these reviews go faster:
- Send the links above to your reviewers before the first call. Most questionnaires are answerable from those pages, and reviewers find the gaps faster when they've read them first.
- Raise hard requirements early. If you have a firm constraint — EU-only residency, a specific retention SLA, an audit artifact we haven't published — tell us before a trial rather than at contract stage. Some of these we can meet and some we can't, and you should know which before you invest time.
